Cotswold Wildlife Park launches Lemur Week fundraiser for Madagascar conservation (23–31 May)

During half term (23–31 May), Cotswold Wildlife Park will run a fundraising stall supporting Helpsimus and Impact Madagascar, with lemur-themed merchandise and a raffle offering a Lemur encounter as first prize. The Park houses seven lemur species, including the critically endangered Crowned Sifaka, and the funds will support crucial wild population conservation work.

Cotswold Wildlife Park celebrates four young penguins turning one

Four penguin chicks at the park are reaching their first birthday this spring, marking an important milestone for the species. The park hosted World Penguin Day on 25 April to raise awareness of threats facing penguins in the wild, with fundraising proceeds supporting Sphenisco, a charity protecting Humboldt Penguin breeding colonies in Chile, Peru and Europe.

Cotswold Wildlife Park reopens rebuilt 'Skymaze' adventure playground ahead of Easter holidays

Cotswold Wildlife Park has completed a full rebuild of its 'Skymaze' adventure playground, which reopened in March 2026 in time for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The modernised three-level treehouse complex features new climbing walls, rope bridges, and a 'Wonky Walkway', constructed using advanced materials including Robinia wood designed to extend the structure's lifespan.
