Male red panda Momo arrives from Ireland to join breeding programme

Momo, an 11-month-old male red panda, has arrived at the zoo from Fota Wildlife Park in Ireland to join female red panda Ariel as part of the European Breeding Programme. The pair will eventually be considered for breeding to support the endangered species, which faces pressure from habitat loss in the wild.
