Historic first: Emerald Dove chick hatches at Cotswold Wildlife Park

An Emerald Dove has hatched at the park for the first time in its history, with the chick already displaying the species' characteristic vivid green wing pigment. The young dove, known as a 'squab', can be seen in the Tropical House exhibit alongside other bird species and sloths.
