Banham Zoo welcomes lowland tapir Inca from Chester Zoo
Ten-year-old lowland tapir Inca has arrived at Banham Zoo from Chester Zoo and is the first resident of a brand-new South American habitat. Lowland tapirs are South America's largest land mammal and play an important ecological role spreading seeds through rainforest ecosystems.
