Zoo welcomes first-ever Swamp Hen chick named Swampie

A Swamp Hen chick has been born at the zoo, marking the first breeding success for the species at the facility. The chick, nicknamed 'Swampie', currently displays dark plumage for camouflage and will develop vibrant colours as it matures.
